This is a really great deal on a beautiful dollhouse playset!

Just look at the pictures and you can see the attention to detail that is the hallmark of TOMY playsets!  TOMY marketed this dollhouse playset in the 1980s and included a starter set of furniture and accessories. Additional pieces and sets were sold separately. Some of these accessories have become very hard to find intact.

The photos show all the accessories included.
Please note the small accessories like the diary and the hairbrush in the bedroom photo.  There is a tiny little hanger in the armoire. 

In the kitchen are two placemats, two plates, two napkins with napkin rings.  Also a breadboard and an 'artisan' loaf of bread.

In the living room, please note the two LP records, one has the sleeve, the other doesn't. The checker board on the coffee table is lacking the checkers. Also note a book on the coffee table. 

In the bathroom note the hairdryer and the plant stand/towel shelf with two towels.

The Dollhouse:
The exterior of the house is in excellent condition, except for a line of the exterior finish that was torn away. This is where, in the area of the front door, a previous owner had glued the roof and a wall section to the front wall. This damage is mostly hidden by the roof.

The stairway is in excellent condition with no broken railings.  The lower floor has new coverings in the living room and the kitchen.  The wall paper on the upper floor and in the kitchen has been replaced with new paper with small-scale designs.

It has all its doors and windows. The turf is in excellent condition. It also has one of the attic vent clip that secure the roof. It's hard to find these clips! There are some scratches on some windows.
The dimensions of the house are 31" long, 13" deep and 14"  to the top of the chimney.
